SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our processing times are 1 to 2 days depending on the time when the order was placed.

Shipping default is UPS Ground, but some items we can ship USPS Priority Mail for AE's, APO's and military bases around the world. So your never out of reach for the tactical gear you need now!

RETURNS

Unsatisfactory Items - wrong size, wrong color, etc. Any return must have a return authorization number. Please email, write, or phone us before you return any item to obtain a return authorization number. Returns will NOT be accepted without return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on your return label.

Defective - defective items will NOT be considered returnable. The customer must contact the original manufacturer for the item. One of our customer service team members will assist you with obtaining manufacturers information.

Damaged - due to shipping customer must notify carrier at time of delivery. These items will NOT be considered returnable. The customer must contact the shipping carrier. One of our customer service team members will assist you with obtaining carriers information.

Contact us to get any return information you may need. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your shipment to be considered for credit. Your credit card account will be credited for all authorized returns once received.

The items must be in the exact same condition as which they were received in order for resale. We offer no cash refunds, we will credit your credit card account or reverse the charges on you credit card minus our 15% re-stocking fee. Whichever you specify at the time you receive your authorization number.

APPLICABLE SALES TAX

Since we are located in the beautiful state of Arizona in these fine United States, anyone ordering from us residing in Arizona must pay applicable sales tax. This will automatically be added to your order at checkout.
